H1H1 Vaccine: Inform yourself

I really don't get the fear-mongering surrounding the H1N1 vaccine. It's the same technology and manufacturing process (for both the adjuvant and non-adjuvant versions) as the regular flu except that the viral "definition" (to use an IT term) has changed. No-one seems to object to the regular flu vaccine, so what's the problem? Even some doctors here in France are expressing concern that it hasn't been sufficiently tested. What, 60 years of vaccinations isn't sufficient testing? Sheesh....

Some further information:
WHO, FDA, European Medicines Agency have approved the Novartis and Glaxo Kline Smith vaccines, with 65+ million vaccinations in 16 countries, no issues reported.
